How long in advance do I have to place my order?

We ask that orders are placed at least 2 days in advance.

How do I place an order?

Follow these steps to place a website order:

Step 1- Click here to browse cakes.  Choose the cake that best suits your celebration and click “Add to Cart”. You can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Step 2: On the checkout page you will be required to fill out billing details, select your delivery/collection date, select your shipping method and payment method then click “Place Order”.

  • Step 3- You will receive an email confirming your order details within 24 hours and your cake will be delivered as requested.

How do I make a payment?
We offer the following payment options:
  • • Cash on delivery
  • • Over the counter at our Factory Sales Outlet in Chaguanas
  • • Online payment via credit card
Do you offer delivery?

We offer HOME & OFFICE DELIVERY for orders valued $125.00 and over for an additional cost of $25.00. Call us at 672-2253, WhatsApp us 489- 9639 or email us at cakes@kissbaking.com to verify delivery details.

I’m supposed to have my order delivered today but it hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Once your order is confirmed for a specific date, you should receive the cake on that day. The delivery may run late due to unforeseen circumstances. You can call us 672-2253 to speak to a customer service representative to check on your delivery.

How can I give feedback or make a complaint regarding my order?

We welcome all feedback as it allows us to improve our service! We encourage you to report any issues you experience through the following channels:

What type of cakes do you bake?

We bake a wide range of cake for all occasions!

    • Available Flavors – Sponge, Chocolate, Marble.
    • Available Size: Small (0-10 servings), Medium (10-20 servings), Large (20-30 servings), Extra Large (Over 30 servings).
    • Frosting – Primarily Buttercream but we do certain Fondant designs.
    • Design – No limits for custom orders. We try our best to meet your creative vision.

Do you create fondant designs?

We specialize in Buttercream Designs and are unable to replicate certain Fondant Designs. A Customer Service Representative can confirm whether your design can be brought to life.

Do you bake wedding cakes?

Unfortunately, we do not specialize in baking wedding cakes. Have a look at our Cake Catalogue or give us a call to verify what we can provide for your special day.

Do you ship outside of Trinidad & Tobago?

Unfortunately, due to short shelf life of our cakes as well as the risk of product damage we do not ship special cakes outside of Trinidad and Tobago.

Do you provide sponsorship or donations to non-profit organizations?

Yes we do! Please email your request to donations@kissbaking.com at least 2 weeks in advance.

How can I apply for a job?

Please send your resume to recruitment@kissbaking.com.  You will be contacted directly if there are any current job openings in your field.

How to cancel my order?

For order cancellations please email your request to cakes@kissbaking.com. Ensure the email includes your full name and transaction number.

Our outlets are located in the following areas:

We also collaborate with our Kiss Desserts Channel Partners throughout Trinidad & Tobago to distribute our cakes. Please contact us directly to find the most convenient order & pick-up location for you.

For Trinidad customers, we ask that orders be placed at least 3 days in advance.

For Tobago customers, we ask that orders are placed at least 4 days in advance.

Your order is confirmed when you receive your unique Order Number.

Currently we only accept cash on delivery or over the counter payments at our Factory Sales Outlet in Chaguanas.

However, we are working toward integrating this online payments soon!

Do you deliver?

We deliver cake orders to any business location for FREE once the business is located along our regular delivery routes.

We also offer HOME DELIVERY for orders valued $150.00 and over for a delivery fee $25.00.

If your cake delivery is late , don’t stress, just call us 672-2253 to speak to our friendly customer service representatives who are always on standby, ready to assist.
