Food Safety and Quality Policy

Kiss Baking Company Limited recognizes the importance of creating value for our consumers and is committed to providing safe quality products that meet and exceed our consumers’ expectations.

To ensure the quality and safety of our products we will:

    • Make available the resources required to meet our food safety and quality management systems.
    • Define and evaluate our quality and food safety objectives annually to enhance our business processes.
    • Continuously review and improve the effectiveness of our management systems, food safety and quality culture, technology and processes.
    • Monitor and comply with the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements as well as agreed quality and food safety customer requirements.
    • Involve employees at all levels in the aspects of food safety, quality and continuous improvement.
    • Train and educate our employees to continuously build food safety and quality capabilities.
    • Communicate food safety and quality information to employees, consumers, suppliers and stakeholders who have an impact on or are affected by the organisation’s food safety and quality management systems.

The responsibility for the successful implementation of the Food Safety and Quality programme belongs with every employee and function within the organization.
